Upon pondering my flavor line up and looking for another intense creation, my mission became clear! Never had the perfect Lemon Drop shot been captured in one bold concoction. My experimentation took me on a search for lemons that would produce the most authentic taste of citrus. I added just the right hint of sugar to the mix and, by golly, I did it! I managed to recreate the ritual of the Lemon Drop in a schnapps with just the right bite.
