Description
The Glenkinchie Distilliery was originally the Milton Distillery but was renamed in 1837. The name “kinchie” is said to be a corruption of “de Quincy,” the original land owners. It is one of very few distilleries in the Scottish lowlands. Today it comprises one of the classic malts from Diageo.
The Glenkinchie 12yr single malt is is meant to “replace” the 10yr version.
