G’Vine Floraison gin is one of the few gins that is distilled from wine grapes rather than grain. The flavor comes from the green ugni blanc grape flower, which EWG regards as a great departure from traditional gins and inclues the botanicals ginger, liquorice, green cardamon, cassia bark, coriander, juniper berries, cubeb berries, nutmet, and lime. The name “Floraison” is the French term for “June” for the June flowers they use to help give the gin its distinctive flavor and aroma.
