Kellan Irish whiskey is a blended whiskey aged in American oak bourbon casks. The name “kellan” is said to be Gaelic for “fair” as in a “pleasing appearance.” It is distilled by the Cooley Distillery of Ireland under contract for BerNiko, LLC of Florida.
