Description

This unique liqueur is crafted from the vine-flowers of Ugni Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other grape varietals. These delicate flowers only blossom for a few days in June, and must be harvested by hand as soon as they emerge. Each type of flower is then infused with neutral grape spirit, which is then distilled in a Florentine pot still, the same kind used to create perfume. The distillates are then blended together and distilled once again to unify the flavors and create an impeccably smooth liqueur.

The blossoms used in this liqueur are carefully chosen for their specific flavor characteristics. The Ugni Blanc provides pear, peach, and white flower notes, the Merlot lends wild strawberry and cherry-blossom aromas, and the Cabernet Sauvignon contribute strawberry, raspberry and violet notes.
