Description
Cachaca 51 is an expression of the classic Brazilian rum made from a base of sugar cane juice as opposed to traditional rums distilled from molasses. It could be described as rhum agricole by some because of the base. They descrite it as the “cool spirit of Brazil.” They claim it is the largest selling cachaca with over 40% of the market share. They cite their use of the most modern equipment available for the quality of their spirit.
