As Buffalo Trace has expanded into white spirits, they have added a Platinum 7x (for seven-times distilled) gin to their line.
In their 2010 review, the Beverage Testing Institute found aromas of “pink peppercorn” but also thought it was “really more of a lemon vodka,” which might be indicate a very good thing for those looking for a modern style gin that has a lower juniper flavor profile.
